First, the item was delayed by more than a week. Then when we tried to assemble the table, we realized 1. description of the size is incorrect. 2. the table top was defective, with hex nuts missing from the top. So the table legs cannot be attached to the top. The seller asked us to ship it back but did not provide a paid shipping label. It is a big piece of furniture and we were expected to bring it to the carrier by ourselves. FedEx can only ship by air, which will cost more than $1000. USPS says it is too big to ship. UPS ground did ship it, the shipping fee was more than $300. For a DEFECTIVE item, the seller not only deduct 20% so called restocking fee, not refunding the whole cost of goods, but also refuse to pay for return shipping. This has to be the worst seller I have encountered on Amazon after being a customer for more than 20 years.
